Megabass has reengineered it into a saltwater minnow by changing the internal construction while keeping the X-80 platform as it is. In order to avoid brand engineering by simply reusing a bass lure body, we have refined the characteristics of a minnow specifically for sea bass, and created the outstanding rolling action and escape created by the unique humpback form of the X-80 body. Orbital action has been introduced to the sea world. The X-80 saltwater version has been repeatedly tested in the Tokyo metropolitan area and Osaka Bay, and has been developed with the following settings: ``Front part of the body: low center of gravity, high specific gravity weight, rear part of the body when the center of gravity moves: tungsten weight.'' It is possible to make amazing super long distance casts against headwinds, which is hard to believe with the super slim body of only 80mm. In addition, the weight setting is different from a simple sinking plug, and it is a "slow sinking" setting that allows for long tracing without floating too much or sinking too much in order to directly hit the effective range of sea bass during feeding time.
