Since the release of "Star Wars Episode 4: A New Hope" in the US in 1977, a limited edition mechanical model from the "Citizen Collection" has been released, featuring the popular droid from "Star Wars", which has been loved all over the world, including Japan.

The design motif is "R2-D2" in silver and blue tones, and the dial features an etched pattern of the body flap. There are many details reminiscent of "R2-D2", such as the crown accented with lamp colors. There is also a blue line on the back cover.

This special model also features character art on the inner lid of the limited edition box.
