Born in Kokura, Kitakyushu in 1966.Started oil painting in junior high school.
After entering high school, studied under Yamaguchi Kagyu and switched to calligraphy.
After graduating from university, expanded his activities to the design field, writing calligraphy for packaging, CD jackets, alcohol labels, posters, etc.
Currently, he is exploring the role of calligraphy not only in Japanese spaces, but also in everyday Western spaces.
He is working on the theme of easy-to-understand calligraphy of the times, with a free idea without being bound by existing calligraphy.
