The 2430 series is a veteran train that runs on the Kintetsu Osaka Line and Nagoya Line.
Kintetsu Railway is known as the largest private railway in Japan, with a large network of lines stretching from the Kansai region to the Chukyo region.
The 2430 series is a commuter train that appeared in 1971, and was introduced as a three-car train with the same body structure as the 2410 series.
In later years, the train was reconfigured to have two, three, and four cars, and is still in use today after undergoing body renewal and paint changes.
Some trains on the Kintetsu Nagoya Line have also undergone work to make them compatible with one-man operation.
This series is mainly used as a single train on the Kintetsu Osaka Line and Kintetsu Nagoya Line, and is also used as various express trains, including rapid express trains, by connecting it to another train.

We recommend the TM-14 (20m class A2) power unit, TT-04R running parts set, and PG16 [0238] pantograph.
