When combined with [98377], it can recreate the 8-car formation seen on the Keihin-Tohoku Line, and when combined with [97211], it can recreate the 7-car formation seen on the Yokohama Line.
The ventilators for the KuMoHa 73-600 and SaHa 78 types are already installed, and the KuMoHa 73 modernized cars can be selected between the old and new models.
