A two-car train consisting of early-model updated Seibu 2000 series cars that were in service on the Shinjuku Line.

It reproduces the appearance from around 2017 after the new symbol mark (Seibu Railway) was affixed.

The company emblem and new symbol mark (Seibu Railway) are printed.
The vehicle number can be selected from the included vehicle mark (newly produced).
Stickers (newly produced) are included, and include type and destination display, priority seat, wheelchair and stroller marks.
Train radio antenna and fuse box are installed by the user.
The lightning arrester is an integrated sculpture expression.
Headlights (bulb color),
taillights, and front type and destination display (white) are lit.
Long seat parts with car ends are implemented.
