The Chugoku Highway Bus is an express bus that connects Osaka to Tsuyama City, Okayama Prefecture (part of which is Nishiwaki City, Kasai City, and Kato City, Hyogo Prefecture), and its official name is the "Chugoku Expressway Line".

It has been jointly operated by Shinki Bus and JNR Bus (now West Japan JR Bus) since November 1, 1975, and will celebrate its 50th anniversary in November 2025.From June 3 to July 31, 2024, Shinki Bus started crowdfunding for a reprint paint wrapping, which became a big topic.
With the cooperation of Shinki Bus and West Japan JR Bus, it has been commercialized as a set of two classic Mitsubishi Fuso Aerobuses as a Chugoku Highway Bus 50th Anniversary Set.
