This model recreates the appearance of the Kintetsu 21020 series "Urban Liner Next" train after the seat display change in 2013 (Heisei 15).

The destination display on the side of the car is attached using the included sticker (newly produced).

The car number, "Urban Liner Next" logo, seating sign, all reserved seats/deluxe seat sign, and wheelchair marking are pre-printed.

The train radio antenna and odor vent are integrated sculptures.
The fuse box and telephone antenna are pre-installed.
The headlights (white), taillights (red), and passing signal lights (white) light up.
Equipped with a coreless motor power unit with a flywheel.
