This is the fourth installment in a series of kits based on real restaurants.

You can create two buildings in total: one commercial building with a real store of the product name, and one commercial building that can be created by selecting the building facade shape and included stickers.
* This product is a kit that requires assembly and painting.
Additional adhesives, tools, paints, and parts must be purchased separately, as well as painted and assembled.

The building's facade is pre-painted (molded in white).
The paint color is equivalent to GM Color 9 Gray No. 1.The side walls, back, base, and roof are molded in dark gray.
The first-floor glass parts are silkscreen printed (silver) on PVC boards to represent the sash, door, and pipe shutter.
Three stickers are included: Sticker A: Includes restaurant front and side signs, menu signs, product posters, and interior views (newly produced); Sticker B: Includes common store blinds, air conditioner outdoor units, fire equipment, foundation boards, mailboxes, automatic door switches, security device displays, and door phones.
In addition to the three stickers above, one sticker is included featuring signs for six different businesses, interior views, and in-store posters.
Building size (per building): 45mm wide x 75mm deep x 93mm high.
