The second 287 series train with a 60th anniversary wrapping inspired by the ocean green "Super Kuroshio"!

JR West's limited express train 287 series "Kuroshio" has been redesigned.

Licensed for commercialization by JR West Japan.
This is a redesigned version of JR West's 287 Series "Kuroshio" limited express train.
This special edition is the second in a series of 60th-anniversary wrapping trains, which began operating in August 2025.The JR and Green Car logos are printed on the train.
The doorsteps feature a yellow stripe.
The car number is printed on the train.
The TN coupler (SP) on the driver's cab side of the lead car is newly manufactured.
The head and taillights are equipped with a constant-on board and an ON/OFF switch.
The headlights use white LED boards, and the taillights use red LED boards.
The headlights under the cab use a color prism to reproduce the yellow and white lighting.
It features a flywheel-equipped motor, a new current collection system, and silver wheels.
It uses an M-13 motor.
