Like the Fire Flash, the tip features a solid "H"-shaped taper with stiffness comparable to that of a tubular rod, improving maneuverability and sensitivity. It can sense small changes while dodging stacks and lure fish by slowing them down on the bottom or structure. By replacing the tubular rod with SVF, the high-rebound, muscular blank is given added flexibility, expanding its versatility. Additionally, stainless steel frame guides allow the rod to flex more easily with their weight, making casting easier and enabling lures to fly with a low trajectory even with slow swings. While maintaining the performance of a 1-piece model, this rod features improved portability and a V-joint for improved power, response, and sensitivity compared to a standard center-cut 2-piece rod.
