A "super session album" born from the miraculous chemical reaction of Yamashita Tatsuro, Ito Ginji, and Ohtaki Eiichi! ★The collaboration album released on March 25th, 1976, featuring a group of artists who each compose, arrange, and produce their own work, is now back after half a century! --- "NIAGARA TRIANGLE Vol. 1 50th Anniversary Edition 《VOX》"...Niagara Records, the label established by Ohtaki Eiichi shortly after the breakup of the legendary group "Happy End." Released in March 1976 from this label, "NIAGARA TRIANGLE Vol. "1" is a collaboration album, unusual for its time, featuring Tatsuro Yamashita and Ginji Ito, who were band members of Niagara in their early days and were about to embark on solo careers, along with Eiichi Ohtaki, each contributing their own songs and singing their own songs. It's a monumental work symbolizing the Niagara label, where Ohtaki himself produced the album under the name "Eiichi Ohtaki" and also served as recording engineer under the name "Douji Fuefuki." 1976 was a major turning point for the rise of Japanese pop music, a time when Western music influences were rapidly spreading. Right in the middle of this, three young talents—Eiichi Ohtaki, Tatsuro Yamashita, and Ginji Ito—came together to create "free pop music" unconstrained by genre or convention, creating a truly "super session album." The "50th Anniversary Edition," commemorating the 50th anniversary of the album's release, is a limited edition box set containing three CDs, one Blu-ray, and a deluxe booklet. As a bonus feature, it includes the promotional video "Fussa 45 Studio Live 1976," which was produced when the original version was released! This is a live video taken at Otaki's private studio, "Fussa 45 Studio," featuring Eiichi Ohtaki, Ginji Ito, and other musicians who participated in the recording. This is an extremely valuable "phantom video work" that also features a young Ryuichi Sakamoto.
