Booklet + Audio Preview QR Code Included DREAMS COME TRUE's first new album in nine years, "THE BLACK ◯ ALBUM" DREAMS COME TRUE's 19th original album, "THE BLACK ◯ ALBUM," is their first in nine years, and is described as a "single piece of music" that is carefully crafted down to the opening, ending, song order, intervals between songs, and the connections between them. "I want to convey this in the form of a CD album," said the band, as they embarked on the "CD First Challenge!" project. The tracks included in this album include "Anata to Turattatta♪," which was a huge hit in a different world as the theme song for the NHK morning drama "Manpuku" and as the hidden score for the game "Taiko no Tatsujin," as well as "G," the theme song for the film "Reco in G," which even impressed Director Yoshiyuki Tomino, and "BEACON," the theme song for the TV Asahi drama "Dai Tsuisei: Metropolitan Police Department SSBC Violent Crimes Division." The album versions (TBA Versions) of previously released tracks feature newly recorded parts, as well as four new songs, including "Tokyo Magic Hour," which was written specifically for the NHK General TV program "Shuto-ken Network." These 14 tracks have been mastered by Sterling Sound, the world's number one mastering studio, to create a CD of the finest Dreams Come True quality. The album will be available in seven formats, including a rare video release, a bundled remix CD, and a Kuromi box set—a first in Dreams Come True's 37-year career. For those without a CD player, the standard edition includes a QR code for listening to the audio. The album features artwork unique to a CD album, including Miwa Yoshida's lyrics and recording credits, as well as a deluxe booklet filled with artist photos shot entirely in New York, with art direction by Akira Sumi of Antenna Graphic Base and photography by master photographer Mikio Hasui. "THE BLACK ◯ ALBUM," arguably the "black hole of music," is a work that embodies the love of music that Miwa Yoshida, Masato Nakamura, and Team Dreams Come True share, and a dream so big it could even encompass a black hole. With each listen, listeners will discover something new and will resonate deeply with them for a long time.
