[Yuseki Miki Profile] Born in Kokura, Kitakyushu City in 1966.Began oil painting in junior high school.
After entering high school, he studied under Kagyu Yamaguchi and switched to calligraphy.
After graduating from university, he expanded his activities into the field of design, creating calligraphy for packaging, CD jackets, sake labels, posters, etc.
Currently, he is exploring the role of calligraphy not only in Japanese spaces but also in everyday Western spaces.
He is active in creating easy-to-understand modern calligraphy with a free-thinking approach, without being bound by conventional calligraphy.
