We've decided to produce a model of the Nishitetsu 600 series in its classic ice green livery!
By using a separately sold power unit and N-gauge running parts, it can be operated as an N-gauge model train.
This product is licensed by Nishitetsu Railway Co., Ltd.
The Nishitetsu 600 series is a train manufactured from 1962 for the Omuta Line (now the Tenjin-Omuta Line).
From 1990, it underwent modifications for use on the Miyajidake Line (now the Kaizuka Line) (including replacement of bogies for narrow gauge and repainting), and as of 2025, it is still in service on the Kaizuka Line.
This model recreates the 600 series in its retro Ice Green livery, which was created to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the birth of Nishitetsu's Ice Green trains, as the 600 series is nearing retirement.
By using a separately sold power unit and N gauge running parts, it can be operated as an N gauge model train.
The recommended power unit is TM-12R (19m class A), the running parts set is TT-04R, and the pantograph is PT4811N [0258]
