The Keikyu New 1000 series 1890 series is produced with new molds. The 600 series in the set has a newly manufactured roof and equipment with overhead wire observation device. The KEIKYU logo and the front 1000/600 logos are pre-printed. The vehicle number is selectable using the included vehicle mark (newly manufactured). The 600 series comes with pre-printed stickers (newly manufactured) that include type/destination display, operation number, priority seating (for body and windows), weakly air-conditioned car, and wheelchair/stroller markings. The Le Ciel logo is pre-printed (1890 series only). The IR antenna, SR antenna, and fuse box are user-installed. The overhead wire observation device on the 600 series is user-installed (non-illuminated). Headlights (incandescent color), taillights, front type/destination display (white), and passing indicator lights (incandescent color) illuminate. Equipped with a coreless motor power unit with flywheel (1890 series side). Compared to the 1800 series, the marker lights have been made smaller and the front design has been changed. In the interior, dual seats that can be switched between long seats and cross seats, a first for Keikyu, and barrier-free toilets have been installed. The nickname "LeCiel" was decided through a public contest, and the logo has been placed on the side. This train received the Blue Ribbon Award (65th) on May 26, 2022, selected by the Japan Railfan Club, as a "vehicle with an excellent overall balance, combining a challenging attitude with solidity."
