[A masterpiece FR machine in rally history that won three championships]
Debuted in the World Rally Championship in 1976 and won the championship car three times in 1977, 1978, and 1980. The masterpiece FR (front engine/rear drive) machine is the Fiat 131 Abarth Rally. The base is the 131 Mirafiori, Fiat's representative family car at the time. It has been thoroughly modified down to the last detail in order to compete in rallies. The company in charge was Abarth, the same famous Italian tuner. The in-line 4-cylinder DOHC 4-valve engine with a displacement of 1995cc generates a maximum output of 215 horsepower, the suspension has been modified to a MacPherson strut 4-wheel independent suspension, and powerful ventilated disc brakes are installed both front and rear. Furthermore, the body, which is equipped with front and rear spoilers and over fenders, has many parts replaced with FRP to reduce weight. In 1976 and the following year in 1977, the works cars were mainly painted in dark blue and yellow, which are the image colors of Fiat's genuine oil, OLIO FIAT, during the season. The fearless form, equipped with front and rear spoilers and large over fenders, is modeled as it is on the actual vehicle. The Abarth-tuned inline 4-cylinder DOHC engine has a precise finish that reproduces the cam cover with the ABARTH logo engraved, belts, and ignition cord. Inside, the roll bar, door lining, dashboard, ABC pedals, footrests, etc. are realistically expressed. The rear seat helmet holder is also made into parts. The underside of the chassis, front and rear strut type suspension, and disc brakes have been created based on actual vehicle research. Set with stainless steel antenna. One driver and one navigator figure are included to enhance the experience. The bonnet opens with a front hinge. The ignition code of the inline 4-cylinder DOHC engine is also reproduced, and the auxiliary equipment such as the radiator, oil cooler, and triangular reinforcing bar have a realistic finish. The trunk lid can also be opened and closed using a hinge. Inside, the spare tire, fuel tank shaped to avoid tires, and battery are also modeled. In addition to large slide marks for marking, mask stickers for coloring are also included. A boxy two-door sedan with one driver and one navigator figure, fully recreates the fearless form with over fenders and front and rear spoilers. The bonnet opens with a front hinge.
