In 1950, Tama Keiki Co., Ltd. was established and started operation at the watch manufacturing facility in the current city of Ishino, and the company name was changed to Orient Watch Co., Ltd. the following year. That year, ORIENT STAR was born with the image of a shining star. A ladies line designed to feel cute, gorgeous and warm.
