Hi,I have been an owner of a solar Wave Ceptor watch for years, and it's been wonderful. Only this watch is a 6-band that works in Europe, NA, JP, and China--might need a new one ;-). Wanted my wife to experience the joy of a watch that doesn't need batteries and is synced to an atomic clock, never needs setting. The seller is wonderful with Japanese style service, real pride and care. It was delivered ahead of my expectation, packaged beautifully with a nice note. Found the English manual for the 5133 watch on the Casio site, and a few button pushes later had it set to our time zone and on DST (put it in the sun for a bit, but I think it was fully charged). The hands moved directly to our time and agreed with the other atomic clocks in the house and my watch. The size and weight are keeping with a woman's watch. Thought it might be a little big from the dimensions in the description, but it looks great. Most importantly, my wife loved it. Highly recommend the watch and the SELLER--Duomo arigatou!

This is a very durable and highly functional watch. Once set you get completely accurate time, it's solar so no battery replacements, it even has a backlight. It's all I need.The instructions, however were confusing and my husband, with a masters degree in electrical engineering, had to trial and error to figure it out. The Casio website instruction page was of no help.To set analog portion:Make sure watch is in normal timekeeping mode:Then:1) Press and hold A button until you see ADJ repeatedly flashing2) Repeatedly press D button until your city appears3) Press A buttonTo set digital portion:(while in timekeeping mode)1) Press C button repeatedly 6 times2) Then quickly press D button repeatedly until your city appearsOnce you have the watch set you should not have to reset it. If your watch lays face down (not picking up the signal) it will automatically reset once you turn your watch face up. Your watch will reset for daylight savings although it may take a day or so.

This is a good-looking women's sport watch. The face has large gold numbers and hands and a nice silver colored band that is easy to adjust. After that it's all downhill. In order to set automatically, the watch has to make contact with one of the satellites floating around in the sky. Then it's easy peasy. However, we live in the new york/Jersey City area. There are just too many buildings in the way to be able to contact a satellite. So I have to set the watch manually. So just to switch from daylight savings time to regular time is an ordeal. I try to follow the instructions and sometimes it works and sometimes not. Now I have the hands set for the correct time but the digital time in the little window is incorrect. So if you live in a desert or in the midwest where the land is flat for miles around, by all means get this watch. your watch would be able to reach out to one of those satellites that you can see at night while you're lying on your back looking at the stars, especially if there's a meteor shower, such fun. It's an attractive sport watch with serious limitations.
