Based on GWG-2000, we incorporated a cracked pattern into the design with a harsh natural environment as a motif.
The bezel is coated with black IP, and cracks are expressed by making full use of etching and laser peeling.
The band has a three-dimensional cracked pattern by printing on the entire surface and adding unevenness by hot stamping.
The GWG-2000 maintains the dust-proof and mud-proof structure required for missions in sand and mud, but has been downsized to improve the wearing comfort.
Achieved miniaturization by adopting a forged carbon bezel and a case with a carbon core guard structure, and a thinner design by using a mud resist button that combines a stainless steel button pipe and silicone cushioning material.
The forged carbon bezel is made by kneading finely crushed carbon fiber into resin and heat-pressing it with a mold.
Since even more intricate shapes can be made into carbon, we were able to strengthen the bezel of MUDMASTER, which has a complex shape, with carbon.
In terms of functionality, it is equipped with triple sensors and can obtain information on direction, pressure/altitude, and temperature.
Large indexes with Arabic numerals and distinctive arrow-shaped extremely thick hands are used, and high visibility is ensured by double LED lights and sapphire glass on the windshield.
The band has a texture inspired by the grips and anti-slip of heavy machinery, and the buttons are knurled to improve operability, creating a practical and strong design.
