The Arcadia from the TV anime "Space Pirate Captain Harlock" is made into a kit with a completely new mold.
Multiple Arcadias have been built, and this ship is the second ship.
(By the way, the skull-bow type from the previous kit "Galaxy Express 999 The Movie" is the third ship.)
The kit uses parts division so that the seams of the parts are as inconspicuous as possible.
The hull is designed to have supports sandwiched between the parts, ensuring reliable assembly and strength.
The bridge, which is packed with complex details, is molded as a single piece using a slide mold.
The barrels of the triple pulsar cannon (main gun) are also opened using a slide mold.
The three barrels can move independently up and down, and the turret can be rotated.
The space buster (rapid-fire gun) can also move up and down.
The ram on the bow is reproduced by replacing parts.
The included exhibition stand has a design based on Tochiro's gravestone on the support part.
The molding colors are planned to be seven colors: blue, dark blue, black, white, red, brown, and clear yellow.
Two of the same scale aircraft carriers, the "Cosmo Wing," are included as bonus parts.
Decals corresponding to the relief engravings on the bow and stern are included.
