The large through door window at the front of the train, the front window on the passenger side, and the inverter cooler are reproduced.
The light frame shape reproduces the shape of the headlight section being large and the taillight section being small.
The bogies and underfloor are grey and equipped with reinforced skirts, and the roof is equipped with a C-PS27 single-arm pantograph.
Kumoha 211 is a form 6 with a front holo, and the front display is printed with "Shizuoka"
