The Kintetsu 10100 series, a two-story express train popularly known as the New Vista Car, is now available

Introducing the new Vista Car lineup, where you can enjoy the remodeled form

It is possible to recreate the appearance of two or three trains connected together like the real train, as well as the appearance of the train displaying the farewell run head mark.

The product is produced in the form after renovations were carried out by around 1975.
The radio antenna on the front roof of the leading car, the front window defroster, and the obstacle clearing device under the front floor, which were added during the renovation, are reproduced.
The two-story intermediate car, SA10200, has been redesigned to include new windows and interior space, as well as a snack bar (10218 and 10210 in the nine-car set do not have a snack bar).
The exterior of the SA10200 series reproduces the characteristics of its later years, such as the blue paint on the bottom of the body and the removal of the radio receiving antenna on the roof.
The 6-car set, A-type, is the only non-through leading car, Mo10100-type, that had a pillar on the front window, V01 type.
All leading cars except 10106 and 10110 have head/tail lights, signal lights, and express markings lit
White LEDs are used, and only the leading car has a switch to turn them off.
The use of a slotless motor provides smooth and quiet running.
A and C trains are motorized, B train is not.
The leading end of each of the through-cars is equipped with a body-mounted KATO close-coupled coupler (without hooks).
The 6-car and 9-car sets come with an express mark already attached to the non-through leading car, an express mark for the through leading car, and a front hood for attaching the express mark.
The C-formation 3-car set comes with express markings on both leading cars, and includes a replacement front hood that can be used to recreate the train without the express markings.
The included destination display board contains information about the Otsu Express (main station stopping type), which was the main operation in the final period of operation.
