The J3 train belonging to the Tokyo Police Inspection Vehicle Depot is commercialized. The dual supreme wing-shaped front end shape, which is different from the N700A, is accurately reproduced. The symbol mark on the side, which is based on gold, is accurately reproduced. The blue stripe that wraps around from the side to the front, and the underfloor cover with a different shape are reproduced. Like the actual vehicle, it is equipped with KATO's unique car body tilt mechanism that reproduces the car body tilt to the inside when passing through a curve.
