The wave series includes an ocean surface stage that allows you to easily and realistically express the sailing pose after completion! No painting required: Each part is colored with the molding color, and some parts are colored by matching them with stickers.
No glue required: The parts are designed to fit together for easy assembly
The Yamato, the first of the Yamato-class battleships, was completed in December 1941 as a culmination of large shipbuilding techniques from the Kongo class to the Nagato class.
With a standard displacement of 64,000 tons and a 46-cm main gun, it was the best in the world in all respects, and it was the flagship of the Combined Fleet at last, and in the Battle of Midway it served as the flagship for Admiral Isoroku Yamamoto, commander-in-chief of the main fleet.
Later, as aircraft became the main force in the battle, Yamato was modified by removing some of its secondary guns and increasing its anti-aircraft weapons. In October 1944, it participated in Operation Sho-Ichi-Go/Leyte Gulf, and in April 1945, it set out to crush the US forces that had landed on Okinawa, but met its end after being attacked by numerous US carrier-based aircraft.
(Structure and specifications) - Made of pre-colored parts, so you can recreate the color you imagine without painting.
- Snap-fit assembly means no adhesive is required for assembly.
-Reproduces the appearance of the ship sailing on the ocean -Includes a sea surface base that makes it easy to display the ship in a more realistic manner
(Product Features) - Modeled on the Ten-Ichi-Go Operation (Okinawa Special Attack Operation) in April 1945.
The scale is 1/700
- The sea surface base for the exhibition three-dimensionally expresses the wake waves generated by the bow, sides, and propellers of the ship.
Hull: The hull is divided into left and right hulls, separated at the waterline.

・Many of the portholes are blocked off, so the side parts are made specially for them. The open portholes are recessed and the closed portholes are raised, creating a sharp reproduction.
- The outside electrical wiring attached to the side of the ship is faithfully reproduced, even down to the fastening parts.
Weaponry: The main gun can be elevated and rotated.
Achieves both a minimum number of parts and realistic modeling
・The 46cm main barrel is open using a slide mold.
・Special parts are provided for both the main gun canopy and the machine gun turret to recreate the additional machine gun turrets on the No. 2 and No. 3 main gun canopy.

- Special parts are provided for the additional waiting room for personnel aft of the bridge and the expanded signal station deck.
Chimney/Mast - The chimney is a left-right combination, and the steam exhaust pipe, whistle pipe, and monkey ladder are all depicted as a single piece.
- The top cap (lattice) is removed for a very realistic design with a sense of depth.
