[Product introduction]
TAMIYA 1/48 masterpiece series Heinkel He219 A-7 Uhu. This is a plastic model assembly kit of the Heinkel He 219 Uhu, which made a spectacular debut in June 1943 by shooting down five Lancaster heavy bombers of the Royal Air Force, and was said to be the German Air Force's best night fighter. The model reproduces the final mass-produced A-7, which is equipped with a DB603G engine and has improved high-altitude performance. The model has a functional style that incorporates innovative designs such as an aerodynamically sophisticated slender fuselage, a cockpit with a wide field of view, a sturdy nosewheel landing gear, and a compressed air ejection seat. The inside of the cockpit is also precisely reproduced. Metal die-cast parts are used for the floor to maintain balance and enhance the realism. Set includes 2 crew figures and 3 types of markings.
