Head/taillights and front displays are illuminated (with a switch to turn them off). It features white LEDs and a slotless motor for smooth, quiet running. Demagnetizing plates are included. All couplings use body-mounted close-coupling couplers (without hooks). Includes a single-stage electric coupler that can be attached to the coupler at the front of the lead car. Includes destination display stickers featuring priority seating indicators and anti-slip surfaces on the front of the lead car. This product recreates the current appearance of the P103 train belonging to the Minoota Depot. This model recreates the second batch of the 1000 series long-seat cars designed for cold climates. The distinctive bodywork of the 1000 series, designed for cold climates, features a skirt to protect against deer collisions and a roof-mounted whistle cover. The front display is pre-printed with "One-Man Local Takayama." Also included are "One-Man Local Gifu" and "One-Man Local Tajimi" for user exchange.
