This is a 2-car set of Kato's N gauge trains, a complete Aichi Loop Railway 2000 series with blue stripes. Kato 102154 February 2026 - March 2026 [Product Introduction] This is a 2-car set of Kato's N gauge trains, a complete Aichi Loop Railway 2000 series with blue stripes. This is a production version of the formation from around 2025 (Reiwa 7). Blue stripes: G7 formation, equipped with a PS27-type single-arm pantograph. The blue stripes reproduce the configuration of a single pantograph. The seats inside the car are expressed in blue. The power unit uses the renowned GM-5 motor, ensuring stable running. All couplings are body-mounted, and Kato couplers are close-coupled (without hooks). A two-stage electric coupler is included for installation at the front of the train. *To enjoy coupled operation with previous models, the front coupler must be replaced with the hookless type used in this new product. Head/taillights and front display lights (warm white LEDs) are illuminated. A switch for turning them off is included. Destination display stickers are included. Two cars are stored in a paper box. [Set Contents] ← Okazaki [2107(M)] + [2207] Kozoji → [Actual Vehicle Introduction] The Aichi Loop Railway is a 45.3km line that runs from Okazaki on the Tokaido Main Line to Kozoji on the Chuo Main Line via Shin-Toyota, where it connects with the Nagoya Railroad Toyota Line and Mikawa Line. It is a third-sector railway that opened in January 1988, combining the Okazaki-Shin-Toyota section of the former JNR Okada Line with the new Shin-Toyota-Kozoji section. The Aichi Loop Railway 2000 Series, based on the 313 Series 3000, was introduced between 2002 and 2009 and operated on all sections of the line. Commemorating the 20th anniversary of the Aichi Expo (Aichi Expo 2005), a commemorative train featuring the design of the trains that ran at the time, will be introduced on March 13, 2025.
