This product is based on the fourth generation "L-train" which began operation in 2025.

The train is based on "Legend Blue" with the bottom painted white, and the "LONG" sign is red, recreating features that are different from the regular formation.

It is recommended not only for passing each other with the separately sold [10-1961/1962 Seibu Railway 40000 Series No. 50] and [10-2019~2021 Seibu Railway 40000 Series], but also as a collectible.

This product features the 40152 train, manufactured after March 2025, with a decorative design.
It's wrapped in the Saitama Seibu Lions' "Legend Blue" team color and features the team's logo throughout.
The white-painted bottoms, the two white middle car doors, and the "LONG" sign, which is red unlike the standard train, all recreate the logos.
The end panels are silver, without any wrapping.
Each car uses a body-mounted close-coupling coupler (without hooks) for the intermediate couplings.
The side displays are printed in black.
The basic set's presentation box and the add-on set's sleeve feature a special design.
