Description (1,035 characters)
You can enjoy a variety of train formations, from a train exclusively for automobiles with a line of Ku5000 cars to a general freight train with several cars attached.
The prototype is based on the appearance from 1970 onwards, when JR Freight approval was being applied for.
After the seat storage compartments were enlarged, hand brakes were added on both sides, the lower floor was blocked off, and the operation sign was abolished, the TR63C bogies were installed.
This model is recreated using a new mold.
While the form is simple, consisting of a sturdy underframe and deck, the car has a well-defined exterior, with handrails running the entire length of the upper deck and a step to the upper deck.
Each Ku5000 car can carry eight cars.
It can also carry the 23-550 Crown car.
The loading cars are recreated with russet-coloured covers, recreating the look of passenger cars seen in the 1960s and 1970s.
(From Discovery Japan Mall).
