[Product Introduction]
TAMIYA 1/32 Racer Mini 4WD Series No.95 Honda e (VZ chassis).
[Modern, cute and popular electric vehicle is now a mini 4WD]
Honda's compact EV (electric vehicle), Honda e, whose mass-produced type was first unveiled in 2019 and debuted in August 2020. It became a mini 4WD. Not only is it a realistic model of the rounded 5-door hatchback style, but it also features a lively and bright body color called Charge Yellow, which is inspired by the coloring of the actual car. Metallic stickers are also included to represent the headlights, rear lamps, and black roof that create a cute look, making it an attractive display model. In addition, the chassis uses a lightweight, compact, and short wheelbase VZ. The black color gives it a real feel, and the dish-type wheels are equipped with small-diameter low-height tires. This is a car that will definitely make you fall in love with the way it moves around the course with ease.
[VZ Chassis pursuing strength and expandability]
The VZ Chassis is a further refinement of the performance of the compact, lightweight, short wheelbase VS Chassis, which is popular in races. While maintaining the excellent features of the VS chassis such as small turning performance and high maintainability, the strength of the bumper, rear stay base, propeller shaft bearing, etc. has been increased. The key point is the appropriate amount of flex to absorb shock. In addition to the rear roller stay, the front bumper can also be separated. The degree of freedom in setting has also been greatly improved. The shaft bearing uses a 620 plastic bearing made of POM resin with low frictional resistance. A parts such as the chassis body and gear cover are made of ABS resin, and the gear ratio is set to 3.5:1. The main body and A parts of the VZ chassis are unified in black to give it the feel of a real car. The dish-type wheels equipped with small-diameter, low-height tires are also perfect for the modern and cute image of the Honda e. A bib sticker is also included to enhance the sporty mood. You don't have to worry about losing track of your car even in races with multiple cars. If you remove the screw-fastened front bumper and rear roller stay, you can quickly transform it into a more realistic appearance. The body catch inside the rear roller stay has a unique shape that allows you to attach and detach the body with minimal movement.
