This is a plastic model assembly kit of a high-performance racer that uses shaft drive four-wheel drive. Dual Ridge Jr. is a mini 4WD machine that reproduces the RC buggy "Dual Ridge" created by hyper designer Kayuki Yamazaki (representative of pdc_designworks) under his supervision. It features a sleek futuristic body with an eye-catching large cockpit and a sharply shaped rear wing that cuts through the air. In addition, the 8 ventilation holes on the top of the body are an original design only for mini 4WD. Not only will it improve your custom mood, but you can also expect it to have a cooling effect on the motor. The chassis uses VZ, which is lightweight, compact, and has a high degree of freedom in settings. The silver-plated 5-spoke wheels are equipped with super hard, small-diameter, low-height tires with a white logo printed on them, ensuring excellent driving performance. The blue graphics that make the silver body look even cooler and the machine name logo are expressed with metallic stickers.

The VZ chassis has further refined the performance of the compact, lightweight, short wheelbase VS chassis, which is popular in races. While maintaining the excellent features of the VS chassis such as small turning performance and high maintainability, the strength of the bumper, rear stay base, propeller shaft bearing, etc. has been increased. The key point is the appropriate amount of flex to absorb shock. In addition to the rear roller stay, the front bumper can also be separated. The degree of freedom in setting has also been greatly improved. The shaft bearing uses a 620 plastic bearing made of POM resin with low frictional resistance. A parts such as the chassis body and gear cover are made of ABS resin, and the gear ratio is set to 3.5:1. The VZ chassis is equipped with plated wheels and super hard, small-diameter, low-height tires with pad printing as standard equipment.The VZ chassis features high turning performance and a split bumper that increases the freedom of setting. The key point is the appropriate amount of flex to absorb shock. Eight ventilation holes are installed on the top of the body, which are not found in the RC version (1/10RC Dual Ridge).
