The Japan Oil Terminal logo is pre-printed. This model replicates the later model with modified welding lines on the tank body. The car number and home station are selectable and include transfer sheets. Body markings are pre-printed. It features small-diameter wheels and includes reflectors. It is expected to be able to run on R490 curves (excluding S-curves) in its shipped state.
