FUJIMI 1/700 Imperial Navy Series No.17 Japanese Navy Aircraft Carrier Shokaku Full Hull Model. Completed in 1941. She participated in the Battle of Pearl Harbor, the Battle of La Paul, and the Battle of the Coral Sea, and was sunk by torpedo off the coast of the Marianas in 1944. The kit reproduces the specifications at the start of the Pacific War in 1941. We have reprinted the "Imperial Navy Series" with a ship bottom, which was previously treated as a standard product. The product is a full-hull specification that can reproduce the bottom of the ship, and comes with a pedestal that can be displayed and enjoyed after completion. The lower part of the hull is made up of integrally molded parts, with the screw and rudder being separate parts. In addition to the parts included in the kit, the 25mm machine gun (triple/twin/single) includes precision machine gun parts that have separate gun barrels and gun mounts. The newly included Type 96 25mm machine gun has a two-piece configuration, and the gunmetal barrel and the hull color of the base are painted separately for easy reproduction. The molding color of the carrier-based aircraft has been changed from clear to gray in consideration of workability. Includes decals that include the Japanese flag on the carrier aircraft, white lines on the deck, and the national flag.
