The 313-3100 series is an additional 3000 series car in operation in the Shizuoka area, and is a group of semi-cross-seat cars equipped with dynamic braking for use on local lines.
Features that differ from the 3000 series include LED and HID headlights and full-color LED destination displays.
In addition to operating between Atami and Toyohashi on the Tokaido Main Line, they are also in service on the Gotemba and Minobu Lines, and in addition to operating alone, they are also coupled with other 313 series and 211 series trains.
This is a product that can be enjoyed together with the 211 series 5000, 5600, and 313 series 8000.
This is a new addition to the 313 series and is recommended for collections.
